Forest of Lights

Select Evenings
November – January
4:30 PM – 7 PM*

Each winter, thousands of twinkling lights turn the ϲ Nature Center into a glowing wonderland. Forest of Lights offers visitors the opportunity to stroll illuminated trails, discover dazzling displays, and share winter magic with friends and family.

This year, we’re heading north! Follow the glowing trails past narwhals, snowy owls, muskoxen, and other creatures built to thrive in the planet’s coldest places. The ϲ Creative Team designs, cuts, paints, and strings each one by hand, using recycled materials wherever possible.

Along the way, step inside the shimmering Snowflake Dome, wander past the Glowing Spider Web, and climb the Twinkling Tower for a bird’s-eye view of the illuminated Canopy Walk. We’ll have a campfire, hot chocolate, cider, and snacks (available for purchase) when you need to warm up!

Whether it’s your first visit or a cherished tradition, Forest of Lights is the brightest way to celebrate the season. This year, there’s more to discover than ever before!
