Sharon came to yoga from her interest in movement\, as an athlete and dancer for most of her life. She started with Bikram Yoga\, moved to the Upper Valley and in her yoga practice into vinyasa yoga\, and her teacher training was in Hatha Yoga\, focused on the Anusara School of Yoga.
