Beaver Kit
Rental Fee: $50*
The gnawed trees and stumps are the undeniable evidence of a beaver鈥檚 presence in a forest. Connect the beaver鈥檚 trademark with its adaptations through a closer look at the beaver skull and beaver pelts. Discover the strength of a beaver鈥檚 front teeth and examine the type of sticks used in the construction of their dams. Students will have the opportunity to familiarize them-selves with a beaver鈥檚 adaptations and apply what they learn while exploring the forests of Vermont.
- Please request teaching kits at least 72 hours before your planned pickup date (or educator delivery date).
- Teaching kits are due back within three weeks of pickup. A $50 late fee will be charged for late returns.
*The rental fee is waived for teachers participating in 黑料不打烊 School Programs.
